Analog Devices LTC4357MPMS8#PBF
0 out of 5(0)The LTC®4357 is a positive high voltage ideal diode controller that drives an external N-channel MOSFET to replace a Schottky diode. When used in diode OR and high current diode applications, the LTC4357 reduces power consumption, heat dissipation, voltage loss and PC board area. The LTC4357 easily ORs power sources to increase total system reliability.
In diode-OR applications, the LTC4357 controls the forward voltage drop across the MOSFET to ensure smooth current transfer from one path to the other without oscillation. If the power source fails or is shorted, a fast turn-off minimizes reverse current transients.

Texas Instruments TPS73701DCQ
0 out of 5(0)The TPS73701DCQ is a linear low-dropout (LDO) Voltage Regulator uses an NMOS pass element in a voltage-follower configuration. This topology is relatively insensitive to output capacitor value and ESR, allowing a wide variety of load configurations. Load transient response is excellent, even with a small 1µF ceramic output capacitor. The NMOS topology also allows very low dropout. This device uses an advanced BiCMOS process to yield high precision while delivering very low dropout voltages and low ground pin current. Current consumption, when not enabled, is less than 20nA and ideal for portable applications. This device is protected by thermal shutdown and fold-back current limit. It features reverse current blockage and freedom from output capacitor constraints. These features combined with an enable input makes the device ideal for portable applications.
- Thermal shutdown and current limit for fault protection
- Excellent load transient response-even with only 1µF output capacitor
- 1% Initial accuracy
- 3% Overall accuracy over line, load and temperature
- Less than 20nA typical IQ in shutdown mode
- Green product and no Sb/Br

Analog Devices ADR4533ARZ
0 out of 5(0)The ADR4520/ADR4525/ADR4530/ADR4533/ADR4540/ ADR4550 devices are high precision, low power, low noise voltage references featuring ±0.02% maximum initial error, excellent temperature stability, and low output noise. This family of voltage references uses an innovative core topology to achieve high accuracy while offering industry-leading temperature stability and noise performance. The low, thermally induced output voltage hysteresis and low long-term output voltage drift of the devices also improve system accuracy over time and temperature variations. A maximum operating current of 950 μA and a maximum low dropout voltage of 300 mV allow the devices to function very well in portable equipment.
The ADR4520/ADR4525/ADR4530/ADR4533/ADR4540/ ADR4550 series of references are each provided in an 8-lead SOIC package and are available in a wide range of output voltages, all of which are specified over the extended industrial temperature range of −40°C to +125°C. The ADR4525W, available in an 8-lead SOIC package, is qualified for automotive applications.

Analog Devices / Linear Technology LTC4151IMS#PBF
0 out of 5(0)The LTC®4151 is a high side power monitor that operates over a wide voltage range of 7V to 80V. In default operation mode, the onboard 12-bit ADC continuously measures high side current, input voltage and an external voltage. Data is reported through the I2C interface when polled by a host. The LTC4151 can also perform on-demand measurement in a snapshot mode.
The LTC4151 features a dedicated shutdown pin to reduce power consumption. The LTC4151-1/LTC4151-2 feature split I2C data pins to drive opto-isolators. The data out on the LTC4151-1 is inverted while that on the LTC4151-2 is not.
