Texas Instruments LM4871MM/NOPB
0 out of 5(0)The LM4871MM/NOPB is a mono bridged Audio Power Amplifier capable of delivering 3W of continuous average power into a 3R load with less than 10% THD when powered by a 5V power supply. To conserve power in portable applications, the LM4871's micropower shutdown mode (IQ = 0.6µA, typical) is activated when VDD is applied to the shutdown pin. Boomer audio power amplifier is designed specifically to provide high power, high fidelity audio output. It requires few external components and operates on low supply voltages from 2.0 to 5.5V. Since the LM4871 does not require output coupling capacitors, bootstrap capacitors or snubber networks, it is ideally suited for low-power portable systems that require minimum volume and weight. Additional LM4871 features include thermal shutdown protection, unity-gain stability and external gain set.
- No output coupling capacitors, bootstrap capacitors or snubber circuits are necessary
- Unity-gain stable
- External gain configuration capability
- Pin compatible with LM4861
- 0.6µA (typical) Shutdown current
- Green product and no Sb/Br

Texas Instruments LM358P
0 out of 5(0)These devices consist of two independent, high-gain, frequency-compensated operational amplifiers designed to operate from a single supply over a wide range of voltages. Operation from split supplies also is possible if the difference between the two supplies is 3 V to 32 V, and VCC is at least 1.5 V more positive than the input common-mode voltage. The low supply-current drain is independent of the magnitude of the supply voltage.
- Wide supply voltage ranges
- Low supply-current drain independent of supply voltage
- Common-mode input voltage range includes ground, allowing direct sensing near ground
- Low input bias and offset parameters
- Internal frequency compensation

Analog Devices / Linear Technology LTC6090HS8E
0 out of 5(0)The LTC6090HS8E#PBF is a high voltage precision monolithic Operational Amplifier for use with high voltage regulators. The LTC6090 is unity gain stable. The LTC6090-5 is stable in noise gain configurations of 5 or greater. Amplifier feature high open loop gain, low input referred offset voltage and noise, pA input bias current and ideal for high voltage, high impedance buffering and/or high gain configurations. The amplifier is internally protected against over-temperature conditions. A thermal warning output, TFLAG, goes active when the die temperature approaches 150°C. The output stage may be turned off with the output disable pin OD. By tying the OD pin to the thermal warning output (TFLAG), the part will disable the output stage when it is out of the safe operating area. These pins easily interface to any logic family. Amplifier may be run from a single 140V or spit ±70V power supplies and are capable of driving up to 200pF of load capacitance.
- ±4.75 to ±70V (140V) Supply range
- 50pA Maximum input bias current
- 1.25mV Maximum low offset voltage
- ±5μV/°C Maximum low offset drift
- 130dB Minimum CMRR
- Rail-to-rail output stage
- 50mA Output sink and source
- 11nV/√Hz Noise density
- Thermal shutdown

Texas Instruments OPA340NA/3K
0 out of 5(0)The OPA340NA/3K is a single-supply Operational Amplifier optimized for low-voltage. High-speed operation make them ideal for driving sampling analogue-to-digital (A/D) converters. They are also well-suited for general purpose and audio applications as well as providing I/V conversion at the output of digital-to-analogue (D/A) converters. Single version have identical specifications for design flexibility. The OPA340 series operate on a single supply as low as 2.5V with an input common-mode voltage range that extends 500mV below ground and 500mV above the positive supply. Output voltage swing is to within 1mV of the supply rails with a 100k load.
- Rail-to-rail input/output
- 750µA/channel Low quiescent current
- Green product and no Sb/Br

Texas Instruments LM124J
0 out of 5(0)The LM124J is a low power quad Operational Amplifier designed to operate from a single power supply over a wide range of voltages. Operation from split-power supplies is also possible and the low-power supply current drain is independent of the magnitude of the power supply voltage. Application areas include transducer amplifiers, DC gain blocks and all the conventional op-amp circuits which now can be more easily implemented in single power supply systems. For example, the LM124 series can directly operate off of the standard 5V power supply voltage which is used in digital systems and easily provides the required interface electronics without requiring the additional ±15V power supplies.
- Internally frequency compensated for unity gain
- 45nA Low input biasing current
- 2mV Low input offset voltage
- 5nA Offsets current
- Input common-mode voltage range includes ground
- Differential input voltage range equal to the power supply voltage
