The LMx39x and the LM2901x devices consist of four independent voltage comparators that are designed to operate from a single power supply over a wide range of voltages. Operation from dual supplies also is possible, as long as the difference between the two supplies is 2 V to 36 V, and VCC is at least 1.5 V more positive than the input common-mode voltage. Current drain is independent of the supply voltage. The outputs can be connected to other open-collector outputs to achieve wired-AND relationships.
The LM139 and LM139A devices are characterized for operation over the full military temperature range of –55°C to +125°C. The LM239 and LM239A devices are characterized for operation from –25°C to +85°C. The LM339 and LM339A devices are characterized for operation from 0°C to 70°C. The LM2901, LM2901AV, and LM2901V devices are characterized for operation from –40°C to +125°C.

Analog Devices AD8278ARZ
0 out of 5(0)The AD8278 and AD8279 are general-purpose difference amplifiers intended for precision signal conditioning in power critical applications that require both high performance and low power. The AD8278 and AD8279 provide exceptional commonmode rejection ratio (80 dB) and high bandwidth while amplifying input signals that are well beyond the supply rails. The on-chip resistors are laser trimmed for excellent gain accuracy and high CMRR. They also have extremely low gain drift vs. temperature.
The common-mode range of the amplifier extends to almost triple the supply voltage (for G = ½), making the amplifer ideal for single-supply applications that require a high commonmode voltage range. The internal resistors and ESD circuitry at the inputs also provide overvoltage protection to the op amp. The AD8278 and AD8279 can be used as difference amplifiers with G = ½ or G = 2. They can also be connected in a high precision, single-ended configuration for non inverting and inverting gains of −½, −2, +3, +2, +1½, +1, or +½.
The AD8278 and AD8279 provide an integrated precision solution that has a smaller size, lower cost, and better performance than a discrete alternative.

Analog Devices AD8244BRMZ
0 out of 5(0)The AD8244BRMZ is a low power FET input quad Unity-gain Buffer designed to isolate very large source impedances from the rest of the signal chain. The 2pA maximum bias current, near zero current noise and 10 TΩ input impedance introduce almost no error, even with source impedance well into the megaohms. Many traditional operational amplifier pinouts have a supply pin that is next to the non-inverting input. A guard trace must be routed between these pins to avoid leakage currents much larger than the bias current of a FET input op amp. The AD8244 solves this problem with unique pinout that physically separates the high impedance inputs from the low impedance supplies and outputs of the other buffers. The AD8244 design is focused on solving problems specific to buffers. This includes close channel-to-channel matching which allows channels of the AD8244 to be used in differential signal chains with minimal error.
- Extremely high input impedance
- Low noise
- High DC precision – 3μV/°C maximum offset drift (B grade)
- No leakage from inputs to supply pins

Texas Instruments TLV3704IPWR
0 out of 5(0)Comparator General Purpose CMOS, Push-Pull, Rail-to-Rail 14-TSSOP
The TLV370x is Texas Instruments’ first family of nanopower comparators with only 560 nA per channel supply current, which make this device ideal for battery power and wireless handset applications. The TLV370x has a minimum operating supply voltage of 2.7 V over the extended industrial temperature range (TA = –40°C to 125°C), while having an input common-mode range of –0.1 to VCC + 5 V. The low supply current makes it an ideal choice for battery-powered portable applications where quiescent current is the primary concern.
Reverse battery protection guards the amplifier from an overcurrent condition due to improper battery installation. For harsh environments, the inputs can be taken 5 V above the positive supply rail without damage to the device.
All members are available in PDIP and SOIC with the singles in the small SOT-23 package, duals in the MSOP, and quads in the TSSOP package.

Analog Devices AD8021ARZ
0 out of 5(0)The AD8021ARZ is a Low Noise High Speed Voltage Feedback Amplifier that can be used in 16-bit resolution systems. It is designed to have both low voltage and low current noise (2.1nV/√Hz typical and 2.1pA/√Hz typical) while operating at the lowest quiescent supply current (7mA at ±5V) among today’s high speed, low noise op amps. An output disable pin allows further reduction of the quiescent supply current to 1.3mA. The AD8021 allows the user to choose the gain bandwidth product that best suits the application. It is also capable of driving a 75R line with ±3V video signals. The AD8021 is both technically superior and priced considerably less than comparable amps drawing much higher quiescent current. It is a high speed general-purpose amplifier, ideal for a wide variety of gain configurations and can be used throughout a signal processing chain and in control loops.
- Low noise
- Constant bandwidth from G = -1 to G = -10
- High speed
- 34mW or 6.7mA Typical low power for 5V supply
- Low distortion
- 1mV Maximum input offset voltage
- 0.5µV/°C Input offset voltage drift
