Analog Devices / Linear Technology LT1910IS8#PBF
The LT1910IS8#PBF is a protected high-side MOSFET Driver allows the use of N-channel power MOSFETs for high side switching applications. It contains a completely self-contained charge pump to fully enhance an N-channel MOSFET switch with no external components. When the internal drain comparator senses that the switch current has exceeded the preset level, the switch is turned off and a fault flag is asserted. The switch remains off for a period of time set by an external timing capacitor and then automatically attempts to restart. If the fault still exists, this cycle repeats until the fault are removed, thus protecting the MOSFET. The fault flag becomes inactive once the switch restarts successfully. The LT1910 has been specifically designed for harsh operating environments such as industrial, avionics and automotive applications where poor supply regulation or transients may be present. The device will not sustain damage from supply transients of -15 to 60V.
- Protected from -15 to 60V supply transients
- Short-circuit protection
- Automatic restart timer
- Open-collector fault flag
- Fully enhances N-channel MOSFET switches
- Programmable current limit, delay time and auto restart period
- Voltage limited gate drive
- Defaults to off state with open input

Analog Devices / Linear Technology LT3012BEFE#PBF
The LT® 3012B is a high voltage, micropower low dropout linear regulator. The device is capable of supplying 250mA of output current with a dropout voltage of 400mV. Designed for use in battery-powered or high voltage systems, the low quiescent current (40µA operating) makes the LT3012B an ideal choice. Quiescent current is also well controlled in dropout.
Other features of the LT3012B include the ability to operate with very small output capacitors. The regulators are stable with only 3.3µF on the output while most older devices require between 10µF and 100µF for stability. Small ceramic capacitors can be used without any need for series resistance (ESR) as is common with other regulators. Internal protection circuitry includes reverse-battery protection, current limiting, thermal limiting and reverse current protection.
The device is available with an adjustable output with a 1.24V reference voltage. The LT3012B regulator is available in the 16-lead TSSOP and 12 pin low profile (0.75mm) (4mm × 3mm) DFN packages with an exposed pad for enhanced thermal handling capability.

Analog Devices / Linear Technology LT3465AES6#TRMPBF
The LT3465AES6#TRMPBF is a step-up DC/DC Converter designed to drive up to six LEDs in series from a Li-ion cell. Series connection of the LEDs provides identical LED currents and eliminates the need for ballast resistors. This device integrates the Schottky diode required externally on competing devices. Additional features include output voltage limiting when LEDs are disconnected, one-pin shutdown and dimming control. The LT3465 switches at 1.2MHz, allowing the use of tiny external components. The faster LT3465A switches at 2.4MHz. Constant frequency switching results in low input noise and a small output capacitor. Just 0.22µF is required for 3, 4 or 5-LED applications.
- Internal soft-start
- Inherently matched LED current
- No external Schottky diode required
- Open LED protection

Analog Devices / Linear Technology LT3741IFE#PBF
The LT®3741 and LT3741-1 are fixed frequency synchronous step-down DC/DC controllers designed to accurately regulate the output current at up to 20A. The average currentmode controller will maintain inductor current regulation over a wide output voltage range of 0V to (VIN – 2V). The regulated current is set by an analog voltage on the CTRL pins and an external sense resistor. Due to its unique topology, the LT3741 is capable of sourcing and sinking current. If sinking current is not required, or for parallel applications, use the LT3741-1.
The regulated voltage and overvoltage protection are set with a voltage divider from the output to the FB pin. Soft-Start is provided to allow a gradual increase in the regulated current during startup. The switching frequency is programmable from 200kHz to 1MHz through an external resistor on the RT pin or through the use of the SYNC pin and an external clock signal.

Analog Devices / Linear Technology LTC1540IMS8#PBF
The LTC1540IMS8#PBF is an ultralow nano-power single Comparator with built-in reference. The comparator features include less than 0.6µA supply current over the commercial temperature range, a 1.182V±2% reference, programmable hysteresis and TTL/CMOS outputs that sink and source current. The reference output can drive a bypass capacitor of up to 0.01µF without oscillation. The comparator operates from a single 2 to 11V supply or a dual ±1 to ±5.5V supply. Comparator hysteresis is easily programmed by using two resistors and the HYST pin. The comparator input operates from the negative supply to within 1.3V of the positive supply. The comparator output stage can continuously source up to 40mA. By eliminating the cross-conducting current that normally occur when the comparator changes logic states, power supply glitches are eliminated.
- Reference output drives 0.01µF capacitor
- Input voltage range includes the negative supply
- Reference output sources Up to 1mA
- 60µs Propagation delay with 10mV overdrive
- No crowbar current
- 40mA Continuous source current

Analog Devices / Linear Technology LTC2309HF#PBF
The LTC2309HF#PBF is a 8-channel 12-bit SAR Analog-to-digital Converter (ADC) with I²C compatible serial interface. This ADC includes an internal reference and a fully differential sample-and-hold circuit to reduce common mode noise. The ADC operates from an internal clock to achieve a fast 1.3µs conversion time. It operates from a single 5V supply and draws just 300µA at a throughput rate of 1ksps. The ADC enters nap mode when not converting, reducing the power dissipation. The low power consumption and small size make the ADC ideal for battery-operated and portable applications, while the 2-wire I²Ccompatibleserialinterfacemakes this ADC a good match for space-constrained systems.

Analog Devices / Linear Technology LTC4151IMS#PBF
The LTC®4151 is a high side power monitor that operates over a wide voltage range of 7V to 80V. In default operation mode, the onboard 12-bit ADC continuously measures high side current, input voltage and an external voltage. Data is reported through the I2C interface when polled by a host. The LTC4151 can also perform on-demand measurement in a snapshot mode.
The LTC4151 features a dedicated shutdown pin to reduce power consumption. The LTC4151-1/LTC4151-2 feature split I2C data pins to drive opto-isolators. The data out on the LTC4151-1 is inverted while that on the LTC4151-2 is not.

Analog Devices / Linear Technology LTC4355IMS#PBF
The LTC®4355 is a positive voltage ideal diode-OR controller that drives two external N-channel MOSFETs. Forming the diode-OR with N-channel MOSFETs instead of Schottky diodes reduces power consumption, heat dissipation and
PC board area. With the LTC4355, power sources can easily be ORed together to increase total system reliability. The LTC4355 can diode-OR two positive supplies or the return paths of two negative supplies, such as in a –48V system. In the forward direction the LTC4355 controls the voltage drop across the MOSFET to ensure smooth current transfer from one path to the other without oscillation. If a power source fails or is shorted, fast turnoff minimizes
reverse current transients. Power fault detection indicates if the input supplies are not in regulation, the inline fuses are blown, or the voltages across the MOSFETs are greater than the fault threshold.SKU: W006731 -

The LTM®8064 is a 58VIN, 6A, constant-voltage, constantcurrent (CVCC), step-down µModule® (power module) regulator. Included in the package are the switching controller, power switches, inductor andsupport components. Operating over an input voltage range of 6V to 58V, the LTM8064 supports an output voltage range of 1.2V to 36V. CVCC operation allows the LTM8064 to accurately regulate its output current up to 7A when sourcing and 9.1A when sinking over the entire output range. The output current can be set by a control voltage, a single resistor or a thermistor. To set the switching frequency, simply place a resistor from the RT pin to ground.
