How Do I Place an Order?

To request a quote for a single item, use the ‘Add to Quote‘ links on product detail page. For multi-line quotes, click same button on each product’s detail page.

Once on the ‘Request for Quote‘ form, complete all required fields so we can generate the most accurate quote possible. A quote request can contain up to 99 part numbers. You may also edit the quantity for any item on your quote, as necessary. Click the ‘Proceed To Submit Your Quote‘ button at the bottom of the form to send your quote request for processing.

What If The Parts I Need Are Not in Your Inventory?

We are in the business of meeting our customer’s needs. We stock commonly available, hard-to-find, long-lead-time, and obsolete board level electronic inventory. In many cases, what you need is on our shelf ready to ship today. When parts are not in stock we utilize our exclusive, worldwide, pre-approved vendor partnerships to locate available product. This literally gives us access to billions of electronic components worldwide.

Can I Order Online?

No, we don’t sell directly off our website, since we deal with discontinued and obsolete electronic components, the market price can change day to day depending on supply and demand. So we ask you submit a request for quote and one of our sales associate will contact you with price and delivery promptly.

What Is Your Minimum Order?

Our minimum order for in-stock items is USD 100.00 and non-stocked items is USD 250.00

What Payment Methods Do You Offer?

Currently we offer wire transfers and offer net terms to qualified customers.

What Is Your Price Matching Policy?

We guarantee that we will meet or beat any reasonable price. We understand that you have many options in the independent distributor market but we want to be your strategic partner all purchases. How To Track My Shipment?

Once your order has been processed for shipment, you will receive an email advising you of the delivery status of your order and its tracking number, if applicable. When the tracking numbers are present, you can click on the link and it will take you directly to the carrier’s website so that you can track your order.
