The MAX2870ETJ+ is a 23.5MHz to 6000MHz fractional/ integer-N synthesizer/VCO in 32 pin TQFN package. This high performance ultra wideband phase locked loop (PLL) with integrated voltage control oscillator (VCO) is capable of operating in both integer-N and fractional-N modes. The MAX2870 is capable of synthesizing frequencies from 23.5MHz to 6GHz while maintaining superior phase noise and spurious performance when combined with an external reference oscillator and loop filter. The ultra wide frequency range is achieved with help of multiple integrated VCOs covering 3000MHz to 6000MHz and output dividers ranging from 1 to 128. The device also provides dual differential output drivers which can be independently programmable to deliver -4dBm to +5dBm output power. Both outputs can be muted by either software or hardware control. The MAX2870 is used in test and measurement, satellite communications and PMAR/LMAR/public safety radio.
- Supply voltage range is 3V to 3.6V
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- Manual or automatic VCO selection
- Output binary buffers/dividers for extended frequency range
- Wide frequency PLL with integrated VCO simplifies signal chain & improves performance
- 105MHz in integer-N mode and 50MHz in fractional-N mode
- Reference frequency up to 200MHz and VCO phase noise of -149dBc/Hz at 5MHz offset (VCO at 3000MHz)
- Analogue and digital lock detect indicators, hardware and software shutdown control
- Controlled by 3-wire serial interface and compatible with 1.8V control logic
- In-band noise floor of -226.4 dBc/Hz and 1/f noise of -116dBc/Hz

Analog Devices / Linear Technology LTC6090HS8E
0 out of 5(0)The LTC6090HS8E#PBF is a high voltage precision monolithic Operational Amplifier for use with high voltage regulators. The LTC6090 is unity gain stable. The LTC6090-5 is stable in noise gain configurations of 5 or greater. Amplifier feature high open loop gain, low input referred offset voltage and noise, pA input bias current and ideal for high voltage, high impedance buffering and/or high gain configurations. The amplifier is internally protected against over-temperature conditions. A thermal warning output, TFLAG, goes active when the die temperature approaches 150°C. The output stage may be turned off with the output disable pin OD. By tying the OD pin to the thermal warning output (TFLAG), the part will disable the output stage when it is out of the safe operating area. These pins easily interface to any logic family. Amplifier may be run from a single 140V or spit ±70V power supplies and are capable of driving up to 200pF of load capacitance.
- ±4.75 to ±70V (140V) Supply range
- 50pA Maximum input bias current
- 1.25mV Maximum low offset voltage
- ±5μV/°C Maximum low offset drift
- 130dB Minimum CMRR
- Rail-to-rail output stage
- 50mA Output sink and source
- 11nV/√Hz Noise density

Texas Instruments LM7321MF/NOPB
0 out of 5(0)The LM7321MF/NOPB is a single high output current Operational Amplifier with rail-to-rail input and output. The LM732xx family is efficient, achieving 18V/µs slew rate and 20MHz unity gain bandwidth while requiring only 1mA of supply current per op amp. The LM732xx device performance is fully specified for operation at 2.7V, ±5 and ±15V. The LM732xx device is designed to drive unlimited capacitive loads without oscillations. Greater than rail-to-rail input common-mode voltage range with 50dB of common-mode rejection across this wide voltage range, allows both high-side and low-side sensing. Most device parameters are insensitive to power supply voltage and this makes the parts easier to use where supply voltage may vary, such as automotive electrical systems and battery powered equipment. This amplifier has true rail-to-rail output and can supply a respectable amount of current (15mA) with minimal head-room from either rail (300mV) at low distortion (0.05% THD+noise).
- Capacitive load tolerance unlimited
- Input common-mode voltage of 0.3V beyond rails
- +65/-100mA Output current
- 15nV/√Hz Input voltage noise
- 1.3pA/√Hz Input current noise
- 1.1mA/channel Supply current
- -86dB Distortion THD+noise
- Green product and no Sb/Br

Analog Devices / Linear Technology LTC1540IMS8#PBF
0 out of 5(0)The LTC1540IMS8#PBF is an ultralow nano-power single Comparator with built-in reference. The comparator features include less than 0.6µA supply current over the commercial temperature range, a 1.182V±2% reference, programmable hysteresis and TTL/CMOS outputs that sink and source current. The reference output can drive a bypass capacitor of up to 0.01µF without oscillation. The comparator operates from a single 2 to 11V supply or a dual ±1 to ±5.5V supply. Comparator hysteresis is easily programmed by using two resistors and the HYST pin. The comparator input operates from the negative supply to within 1.3V of the positive supply. The comparator output stage can continuously source up to 40mA. By eliminating the cross-conducting current that normally occur when the comparator changes logic states, power supply glitches are eliminated.
- Reference output drives 0.01µF capacitor
- Input voltage range includes the negative supply
- Reference output sources Up to 1mA
- 60µs Propagation delay with 10mV overdrive
- No crowbar current
- 40mA Continuous source current
- Pin-compatible with LTC1440, MAX921, MAX931
- LTADV Part marking
