The LTC®4151 is a high side power monitor that operates over a wide voltage range of 7V to 80V. In default operation mode, the onboard 12-bit ADC continuously measures high side current, input voltage and an external voltage. Data is reported through the I2C interface when polled by a host. The LTC4151 can also perform on-demand measurement in a snapshot mode.
The LTC4151 features a dedicated shutdown pin to reduce power consumption. The LTC4151-1/LTC4151-2 feature split I2C data pins to drive opto-isolators. The data out on the LTC4151-1 is inverted while that on the LTC4151-2 is not.

Texas Instruments TPS767D301PWP
0 out of 5(0)The TPS767D301PWP is a Dual-output Low-dropout (LDO) Voltage Regulator that offers fast transient response, low dropout voltages, dual outputs and incorporating stability with 10µF low ESR output capacitors. The TPS767D301 dual voltage regulator is designed primarily for DSP applications. This device can be used in any mixed-output voltage application, with each regulator supporting up to 1A. Dual active-low reset signals allow resetting of core-logic and I/O separately. Because the PMOS device behaves as a low-value resistor, the dropout voltage is very low and is directly proportional to the output current. Additionally, since the PMOS pass element is a voltage-driven device, the quiescent current is very low and independent of output loading (typically 85µA over the full range of output current, 0mA to 1A). These two key specifications yield a significant improvement in operating life for battery-powered systems.
- Dual output voltages for split-supply applications
- Output current range of 0mA to 1.0A per regulator
- 3.3/2.5, 3.3/1.8 and 3.3V/Adjustable output
- Fast-transient response
- 2% Tolerance over load and temperature
- 350mV Typical dropout voltage at 1A
- Ultra-low 85µA typical quiescent current
- 1µA Quiescent current during shutdown
- Dual open-drain power-on reset with 200ms delay for each regulator
- Thermal shutdown protection for each regulator

Analog Devices / Linear Technology LTM8064EY#PBF
0 out of 5(0)The LTM®8064 is a 58VIN, 6A, constant-voltage, constantcurrent (CVCC), step-down µModule® (power module) regulator. Included in the package are the switching controller, power switches, inductor andsupport components. Operating over an input voltage range of 6V to 58V, the LTM8064 supports an output voltage range of 1.2V to 36V. CVCC operation allows the LTM8064 to accurately regulate its output current up to 7A when sourcing and 9.1A when sinking over the entire output range. The output current can be set by a control voltage, a single resistor or a thermistor. To set the switching frequency, simply place a resistor from the RT pin to ground. A resistor from FB to ground will set the output voltage. Only the bulk input and output filter capacitors are needed to finish the design.

Texas Instruments TPS2551QDBVRQ1
0 out of 5(0)The TPS2551QDBVRQ1 is a Power Distribution Switch intended for applications in which heavy capacitive loads and short circuits are likely to be encountered. The current-limit threshold is user adjustable between 100mA and 1.1A via an external resistor. The power-switch rise and fall times are controlled to minimize current surges during switching. The device limits the output current to a desired level by switching into a constant-current mode when the output load exceeds the current-limit threshold or a short is present. An internal reverse-voltage detection comparator disables the power-switch in the event that the output voltage is driven higher than the input to protect devices on the input side of the switch. The FAULT logic output asserts low during both overcurrent and reverse-voltage conditions.
- 2µS Typical fast overcurrent response
- Reverse input-output voltage protection
- Deglitched fault report
- 1µA Maximum standby supply current
