The LTC6090HS8E#PBF is a high voltage precision monolithic Operational Amplifier for use with high voltage regulators. The LTC6090 is unity gain stable. The LTC6090-5 is stable in noise gain configurations of 5 or greater. Amplifier feature high open loop gain, low input referred offset voltage and noise, pA input bias current and ideal for high voltage, high impedance buffering and/or high gain configurations. The amplifier is internally protected against over-temperature conditions. A thermal warning output, TFLAG, goes active when the die temperature approaches 150°C. The output stage may be turned off with the output disable pin OD. By tying the OD pin to the thermal warning output (TFLAG), the part will disable the output stage when it is out of the safe operating area. These pins easily interface to any logic family. Amplifier may be run from a single 140V or spit ±70V power supplies and are capable of driving up to 200pF of load capacitance.

Texas Instruments TLV2465IN
0 out of 5(0)The TLV246x is a family of low-power rail-to-rail input/output operational amplifiers specifically designed for portable applications. The input common-mode voltage range extends beyond the supply rails for maximum dynamic range in low-voltage systems. The amplifier output has rail-to-rail performance with high-output-drive capability, solving one of the limitations of older rail-to-rail input/output operational amplifiers. This rail-to-rail dynamic range and high output drive make the TLV246x ideal for buffering analog-to-digital converters.

Texas Instruments LM7321MF/NOPB
0 out of 5(0)The LM7321MF/NOPB is a single high output current Operational Amplifier with rail-to-rail input and output. The LM732xx family is efficient, achieving 18V/µs slew rate and 20MHz unity gain bandwidth while requiring only 1mA of supply current per op amp. The LM732xx device performance is fully specified for operation at 2.7V, ±5 and ±15V. The LM732xx device is designed to drive unlimited capacitive loads without oscillations. Greater than rail-to-rail input common-mode voltage range with 50dB of common-mode rejection across this wide voltage range, allows both high-side and low-side sensing. Most device parameters are insensitive to power supply voltage and this makes the parts easier to use where supply voltage may vary, such as automotive electrical systems and battery powered equipment. This amplifier has true rail-to-rail output and can supply a respectable amount of current (15mA) with minimal head-room from either rail (300mV) at low distortion (0.05% THD+noise).
- Capacitive load tolerance unlimited
- Input common-mode voltage of 0.3V beyond rails
- +65/-100mA Output current
- 15nV/√Hz Input voltage noise
- 1.3pA/√Hz Input current noise
- 1.1mA/channel Supply current
- -86dB Distortion THD+noise
- Green product and no Sb/Br

Analog Devices AD8278ARZ
0 out of 5(0)The AD8278 and AD8279 are general-purpose difference amplifiers intended for precision signal conditioning in power critical applications that require both high performance and low power. The AD8278 and AD8279 provide exceptional commonmode rejection ratio (80 dB) and high bandwidth while amplifying input signals that are well beyond the supply rails. The on-chip resistors are laser trimmed for excellent gain accuracy and high CMRR. They also have extremely low gain drift vs. temperature.
The common-mode range of the amplifier extends to almost triple the supply voltage (for G = ½), making the amplifer ideal for single-supply applications that require a high commonmode voltage range. The internal resistors and ESD circuitry at the inputs also provide overvoltage protection to the op amp. The AD8278 and AD8279 can be used as difference amplifiers with G = ½ or G = 2. They can also be connected in a high precision, single-ended configuration for non inverting and inverting gains of −½, −2, +3, +2, +1½, +1, or +½.
The AD8278 and AD8279 provide an integrated precision solution that has a smaller size, lower cost, and better performance than a discrete alternative.
