The LTM®8064 is a 58VIN, 6A, constant-voltage, constantcurrent (CVCC), step-down µModule® (power module) regulator. Included in the package are the switching controller, power switches, inductor andsupport components. Operating over an input voltage range of 6V to 58V, the LTM8064 supports an output voltage range of 1.2V to 36V. CVCC operation allows the LTM8064 to accurately regulate its output current up to 7A when sourcing and 9.1A when sinking over the entire output range. The output current can be set by a control voltage, a single resistor or a thermistor. To set the switching frequency, simply place a resistor from the RT pin to ground. A resistor from FB to ground will set the output voltage. Only the bulk input and output filter capacitors are needed to finish the design.

Texas Instruments LP3963ES-3.3/NOPB
0 out of 5(0)The LP3963ES-3.3/NOPB is a 3.3V fixed output fast ultra-low-dropout (LDO) Linear Regulator operate from a 2.5 to 7V input supply. This device respond very fast to step changes in load which makes them suitable for low voltage microprocessor applications. The device is developed on a CMOS process which allows low quiescent current operation independent of output load current. This CMOS process also allows the device to operate under extremely low-dropout (LDO) conditions. The dropout voltage is typically 80mV at 300mA load current and 800mV at 3A load current.

Texas Instruments TPS767D301PWP
0 out of 5(0)The TPS767D301PWP is a Dual-output Low-dropout (LDO) Voltage Regulator that offers fast transient response, low dropout voltages, dual outputs and incorporating stability with 10µF low ESR output capacitors. The TPS767D301 dual voltage regulator is designed primarily for DSP applications. This device can be used in any mixed-output voltage application, with each regulator supporting up to 1A. Dual active-low reset signals allow resetting of core-logic and I/O separately. Because the PMOS device behaves as a low-value resistor, the dropout voltage is very low and is directly proportional to the output current. Additionally, since the PMOS pass element is a voltage-driven device, the quiescent current is very low and independent of output loading (typically 85µA over the full range of output current, 0mA to 1A). These two key specifications yield a significant improvement in operating life for battery-powered systems.
- Dual output voltages for split-supply applications
- Output current range of 0mA to 1.0A per regulator
- 3.3/2.5, 3.3/1.8 and 3.3V/Adjustable output
- Fast-transient response
- 2% Tolerance over load and temperature
- 350mV Typical dropout voltage at 1A
- Ultra-low 85µA typical quiescent current
- 1µA Quiescent current during shutdown
- Dual open-drain power-on reset with 200ms delay for each regulator
- Thermal shutdown protection for each regulator

Texas Instruments TPS73118DBVT
0 out of 5(0)The TPS73118DBVT is a 1.8V fixed output low-dropout (LDO) Linear Regulator with reverse current protection uses a new topology, an NMOS pass element in a voltage-follower configuration. This topology is stable using output capacitors with low equivalent series resistance (ESR) and even allows operation without a capacitor. The device also provides high reverse blockage (low reverse current) and ground pin current that is nearly constant over all values of output current. The device uses an advanced BiCMOS process to yield high precision while delivering very low-dropout (LDO) voltages and low ground pin current. Current consumption, when not enabled, is less than 1µA and ideal for portable applications. The extremely low output noise is ideal for powering VCOs. These devices are protected by thermal shutdown and fold-back current limit.
- Stable with or without capacitors of all types
- Excellent load transient response-with or without optional output capacitor
- New NMOS topology provides low reverse leakage current
- 30µVrms Low noise (10kHz to 100kHz)
- 0.5% Initial accuracy
- 1% Overall accuracy over line, load and temperature
- <1µA Quiescent current (IQ) in shutdown mode
- Thermal shutdown and specified minimum and maximum current limit protection
- Green product and no Sb/Br
