The EL7202CSZ is a high speed matched dual-channel Power MOSFET Driver improves the operation of the industry standard DS0026 clock driver. The Elantec versions are very high speed drivers capable of delivering peak currents of 2A into highly capacitive loads. The high speed performance is achieved by means of a proprietary Turbo-Driver circuit that speeds up input stages by tapping the wider voltage swing at the output. Improved speed and drive capability are enhanced by matched rise and fall delay times. These matched delays maintain the integrity of input-to-output pulse-widths to reduce timing errors and clock skew problems. This improved performance is accompanied by a 10 fold reduction in supply currents over bipolar drivers, yet without the delay time problems commonly associated with CMOS devices. Dynamic switching losses are minimized with non-overlapped drive techniques.

Texas Instruments TPS27081ADDCR
0 out of 5(0)The TPS27081ADDCR is a high-side Load Switch features industry-standard ESD protection on all pins providing better ESD compatibility with other on board components. The TPS27081A level shifts ON/OFF logic signal to VIN levels and supports as low as 1-V CPU or MCU logic to control higher voltage power supplies without requiring an external level-shifter. Switching a large value output capacitor CL through a fast ON/OFF logic signal may result in an excessive inrush current. To control the load inrush current, connect a resistor R2 and add an external capacitor C1 as shown in the Simplified Schematic in the Technical Data Sheet. To configure the TPS27081A to achieve a specific slew rate, refer to the Application and Implementation section. A single pull-up resistor R1 is required in standby power switch applications. In such applications connect the R2 pin of the TPS27081A to the system ground when inrush current control is not required.
- Adjustable turn-on and turnoff slew rate control through external R1, R2 and C1
- Supports a wide range of 1.2 to 8V supply inputs
- Integrated NMOS for PFET control
- Full ESD protection (all pins)
- Low ON-resistance, high-current PFET
- Ultralow leakage current in standby (typical 100nA)

Texas Instruments LP3853ES-2.5/NOPB
0 out of 5(0)The LP3853/LP3856 series of fast ultra low-dropout linear regulators operate from a +2.5V to +7.0V input supply. Wide range of preset output voltage options are available. These ultra low dropout linear regulators respond very quickly to step changes in load, which makes them suitable for low voltage microprocessor applications. The LP3853/LP3856 are developed on a CMOS process which allows low quiescent current operation independent of output load current. This CMOS process also allows the LP3853/LP3856 to operate under extremely low dropout conditions.

Analog Devices LT6654AHS6-2.5
0 out of 5(0)The LT®6654 is a family of small precision voltage references that offers high accuracy, low noise, low drift, low dropout and low power. The LT6654 operates from voltages up to 36V and is fully specified from –55°C to 125°C. A buffered output ensures ±10mA of output drive with low output impedance and precise load regulation. These features, in combination, make the
LT6654 ideal for portable equipment, industrial sensing and control, and automotive applications. The LT6654 was designed with advanced manufacturing techniques and curvature compensation to provide 10ppm/°C temperature drift and 0.05% initial accuracy. Low thermal hysteresis ensures high accuracy and 1.6ppmP-P noise minimizes measurement uncertainty. Since the LT6654 can also sink current, it can operate as a low power negative voltage reference with the same precision as a positive reference.
The LT6654 references are offered in 6-lead SOT-23 package and an 8-lead LS8 package. The LS8 is a 5mm × 5mm surface mount hermetic package that provides outstanding stability.

Texas Instruments TPS2551QDBVRQ1
0 out of 5(0)The TPS2551QDBVRQ1 is a Power Distribution Switch intended for applications in which heavy capacitive loads and short circuits are likely to be encountered. The current-limit threshold is user adjustable between 100mA and 1.1A via an external resistor. The power-switch rise and fall times are controlled to minimize current surges during switching. The device limits the output current to a desired level by switching into a constant-current mode when the output load exceeds the current-limit threshold or a short is present. An internal reverse-voltage detection comparator disables the power-switch in the event that the output voltage is driven higher than the input to protect devices on the input side of the switch. The FAULT logic output asserts low during both overcurrent and reverse-voltage conditions.
- 2µS Typical fast overcurrent response
- Reverse input-output voltage protection
- Deglitched fault report
- 1µA Maximum standby supply current
