Analog Devices / Linear Technology LTC1540IMS8#PBF
0 out of 5(0)The LTC1540IMS8#PBF is an ultralow nano-power single Comparator with built-in reference. The comparator features include less than 0.6µA supply current over the commercial temperature range, a 1.182V±2% reference, programmable hysteresis and TTL/CMOS outputs that sink and source current. The reference output can drive a bypass capacitor of up to 0.01µF without oscillation. The comparator operates from a single 2 to 11V supply or a dual ±1 to ±5.5V supply. Comparator hysteresis is easily programmed by using two resistors and the HYST pin. The comparator input operates from the negative supply to within 1.3V of the positive supply. The comparator output stage can continuously source up to 40mA. By eliminating the cross-conducting current that normally occur when the comparator changes logic states, power supply glitches are eliminated.
- Reference output drives 0.01µF capacitor
- Input voltage range includes the negative supply
- Reference output sources Up to 1mA
- 60µs Propagation delay with 10mV overdrive
- No crowbar current
- 40mA Continuous source current
- Pin-compatible with LTC1440, MAX921, MAX931
- LTADV Part marking

Analog Devices / Linear Technology LTC6090HS8E
0 out of 5(0)The LTC6090HS8E#PBF is a high voltage precision monolithic Operational Amplifier for use with high voltage regulators. The LTC6090 is unity gain stable. The LTC6090-5 is stable in noise gain configurations of 5 or greater. Amplifier feature high open loop gain, low input referred offset voltage and noise, pA input bias current and ideal for high voltage, high impedance buffering and/or high gain configurations. The amplifier is internally protected against over-temperature conditions. A thermal warning output, TFLAG, goes active when the die temperature approaches 150°C. The output stage may be turned off with the output disable pin OD. By tying the OD pin to the thermal warning output (TFLAG), the part will disable the output stage when it is out of the safe operating area. These pins easily interface to any logic family. Amplifier may be run from a single 140V or spit ±70V power supplies and are capable of driving up to 200pF of load capacitance.
- ±4.75 to ±70V (140V) Supply range
- 50pA Maximum input bias current
- 1.25mV Maximum low offset voltage
- ±5μV/°C Maximum low offset drift
- 130dB Minimum CMRR
- Rail-to-rail output stage
- 50mA Output sink and source
- 11nV/√Hz Noise density
- Thermal shutdown

Texas Instruments LM239N
0 out of 5(0)The LMx39x and the LM2901x devices consist of four independent voltage comparators that are designed to operate from a single power supply over a wide range of voltages. Operation from dual supplies also is possible, as long as the difference between the two supplies is 2 V to 36 V, and VCC is at least 1.5 V more positive than the input common-mode voltage. Current drain is independent of the supply voltage. The outputs can be connected to other open-collector outputs to achieve wired-AND relationships.
The LM139 and LM139A devices are characterized for operation over the full military temperature range of –55°C to +125°C. The LM239 and LM239A devices are characterized for operation from –25°C to +85°C. The LM339 and LM339A devices are characterized for operation from 0°C to 70°C. The LM2901, LM2901AV, and LM2901V devices are characterized for operation from –40°C to +125°C.
