|Description||SENSOR TEMPERATURE SMBUS 8VSSOP|
The TMP275 is a 0.5°C accurate, Two-Wire, serial output temperature sensor available in an MSOP-8 or an SO-8 package. The TMP275 is capable of reading temperatures with a resolution of 0.0625°C. The TMP275 is SMBus-compatible and allows up to eight devices on one bus.
It is ideal for extended temperature measurement in a variety of communication, computer, consumer, environmental, industrial, and instrumentation applications. The TMP275 is specified for operation over a temperature range of −40°C to +125°C.
Analog Devices TMP35GRTZ-REEL70 out of 5(0)
The TMP35/TMP36/TMP37 are low voltage, precision centigrade temperature sensors. They provide a voltage output that is linearly proportional to the Celsius (centigrade) temperature. The TMP35/TMP36/TMP37 do not require any external calibration to provide typical accuracies of ±1°C at +25°C and ±2°C over the −40°C to +125°C temperature range. The low output impedance of the TMP35/TMP36/TMP37 and its linear output and precise calibration simplify interfacing to temperature control circuitry and ADCs.
All three devices are intended for single-supply operation from 2.7 V to 5.5 V maximum. The supply current runs well below 50 µA, providing very low self-heating—less than 0.1°C in still air.SKU: W000340
Texas Instruments TMP100NA/3K0 out of 5(0)
The TMP100NA/3K is a Digital Temperature Sensor ideal for negative temperature coefficient (NTC) and positive temperature coefficient (PTC) thermistor replacement. The devices offer a typical accuracy of ±1°C without requiring calibration or external component signal conditioning. Device temperature sensors are highly linear and do not require complex calculations or look-up tables to derive the temperature. The on-chip, 12-bit ADC offers resolutions down to 0.0625°C. The devices feature SMBus, 2-wire and I²C interface compatibility. The device allows up to eight devices on one. The TMP101 device offers a SMBus Alert function with up to three devices per bus.

Analog Devices ADT7410TRZ0 out of 5(0)
The ADT7410 is a high accuracy digital temperature sensor in both a narrow SOIC package and a 4 mm × 4 mm LFCSP package. It contains a band gap temperature reference and a 13-bit ADC to monitor and digitize the temperature to a 0.0625°C resolution. The ADC resolution, by default, is set to 13 bits (0.0625°C). This can be changed to 16 bits (0.0078°C) by setting Bit 7 in the configuration register (Register Address 0x03). The ADT7410 is guaranteed to operate over supply voltages from 2.7 V to 5.5 V. Operating at 3.3 V, the average supply current is typically 210 μA.
The ADT7410 has a shutdown mode that powers down the device and offers a shutdown current of typically 2 μA. The ADT7410 is rated for operation over the −55°C to +150°C temperature range. Pin A0 and Pin A1 are available for address selection, giving the ADT7410 four possible I2 C addresses. The CT pin is an opendrain output that becomes active when the temperature exceeds a programmable critical temperature limit. The default critical temperature limit is 147°C. The INT pin is also an open-drain output that becomes active when the temperature exceeds a programmable limit. The INT and CT pins can operate in either comparator or interrupt mode.
