The TSC2046IPWR is a 4-wire Touch Screen Controller which supports a low voltage digital I/O interface from 1.5 to 5.25V. It is 100% pin-compatible with the existing ADS7846 and will drop into the same socket. This allows for easy upgrade of current applications to the new version. This also has an on-chip 2.5V reference that can be used for the auxiliary input, battery monitor and temperature measurement modes. The reference can also be powered down when not used to conserve power.
- Same pinout as ADS7846
- Internal 2.5V reference
- Direct battery measurement
- On-chip temperature measurement
- ouch-pressure measurement
- Auto power-down
- Green product and no Sb/Br

Analog Devices ADT7410TRZ
0 out of 5(0)The ADT7410 is a high accuracy digital temperature sensor in both a narrow SOIC package and a 4 mm × 4 mm LFCSP package. It contains a band gap temperature reference and a 13-bit ADC to monitor and digitize the temperature to a 0.0625°C resolution. The ADC resolution, by default, is set to 13 bits (0.0625°C). This can be changed to 16 bits (0.0078°C) by setting Bit 7 in the configuration register (Register Address 0x03). The ADT7410 is guaranteed to operate over supply voltages from 2.7 V to 5.5 V. Operating at 3.3 V, the average supply current is typically 210 μA.
The ADT7410 has a shutdown mode that powers down the device and offers a shutdown current of typically 2 μA. The ADT7410 is rated for operation over the −55°C to +150°C temperature range. Pin A0 and Pin A1 are available for address selection, giving the ADT7410 four possible I2 C addresses. The CT pin is an opendrain output that becomes active when the temperature exceeds a programmable critical temperature limit. The default critical temperature limit is 147°C. The INT pin is also an open-drain output that becomes active when the temperature exceeds a programmable limit. The INT and CT pins can operate in either comparator or interrupt mode.

Analog Devices TMP35GRTZ-REEL7
0 out of 5(0)The TMP35/TMP36/TMP37 are low voltage, precision centigrade temperature sensors. They provide a voltage output that is linearly proportional to the Celsius (centigrade) temperature. The TMP35/TMP36/TMP37 do not require any external calibration to provide typical accuracies of ±1°C at +25°C and ±2°C over the −40°C to +125°C temperature range. The low output impedance of the TMP35/TMP36/TMP37 and its linear output and precise calibration simplify interfacing to temperature control circuitry and ADCs.
All three devices are intended for single-supply operation from 2.7 V to 5.5 V maximum. The supply current runs well below 50 µA, providing very low self-heating—less than 0.1°C in still air.

NXP Semiconductors MPL3115A2
0 out of 5(0)The Xtrinsic MPL3115A2 employs a MEMS pressure sensor with an I2C interface to provide accurate Pressure/Altitude and Temperature data. The sensor outputs are digitized by a high resolution 24-bit ADC. Internal processing removes compensation tasks from the host MCU system. Multiple user-programmable , power saving, interrupt and autonomous data acquisition modes are available, including programmed acquisition cycle timing, and poll-only modes. Typical active supply current is 40 μA per measurement-second for a stable 10 cm output resolution.

Texas Instruments TMP100NA/3K
0 out of 5(0)The TMP100NA/3K is a Digital Temperature Sensor ideal for negative temperature coefficient (NTC) and positive temperature coefficient (PTC) thermistor replacement. The devices offer a typical accuracy of ±1°C without requiring calibration or external component signal conditioning. Device temperature sensors are highly linear and do not require complex calculations or look-up tables to derive the temperature. The on-chip, 12-bit ADC offers resolutions down to 0.0625°C. The devices feature SMBus, 2-wire and I²C interface compatibility. The device allows up to eight devices on one. The TMP101 device offers a SMBus Alert function with up to three devices per bus.
