Analog Devices / Linear Technology LT1910IS8#PBF
The LT1910IS8#PBF is a protected high-side MOSFET Driver allows the use of N-channel power MOSFETs for high side switching applications. It contains a completely self-contained charge pump to fully enhance an N-channel MOSFET switch with no external components. When the internal drain comparator senses that the switch current has exceeded the preset level, the switch is turned off and a fault flag is asserted. The switch remains off for a period of time set by an external timing capacitor and then automatically attempts to restart. If the fault still exists, this cycle repeats until the fault are removed, thus protecting the MOSFET. The fault flag becomes inactive once the switch restarts successfully. The LT1910 has been specifically designed for harsh operating environments such as industrial, avionics and automotive applications where poor supply regulation or transients may be present. The device will not sustain damage from supply transients of -15 to 60V.
- Protected from -15 to 60V supply transients
- Short-circuit protection
- Automatic restart timer
- Open-collector fault flag
- Fully enhances N-channel MOSFET switches
- Programmable current limit, delay time and auto restart period
- Voltage limited gate drive
- Defaults to off state with open input

Analog Devices / Linear Technology LT3012BEFE#PBF
The LT® 3012B is a high voltage, micropower low dropout linear regulator. The device is capable of supplying 250mA of output current with a dropout voltage of 400mV. Designed for use in battery-powered or high voltage systems, the low quiescent current (40µA operating) makes the LT3012B an ideal choice. Quiescent current is also well controlled in dropout.

Analog Devices / Linear Technology LT3741IFE#PBF
The LT®3741 and LT3741-1 are fixed frequency synchronous step-down DC/DC controllers designed to accurately regulate the output current at up to 20A. The average currentmode controller will maintain inductor current regulation over a wide output voltage range of 0V to (VIN – 2V). The regulated current is set by an analog voltage on the CTRL pins and an external sense resistor. Due to its unique topology, the LT3741 is capable of sourcing and sinking current. If sinking current is not required, or for parallel applications, use the LT3741-1.
The regulated voltage and overvoltage protection are set with a voltage divider from the output to the FB pin. Soft-Start is provided to allow a gradual increase in the regulated current during startup. The switching frequency is programmable from 200kHz to 1MHz through an external resistor on the RT pin or through the use of the SYNC pin and an external clock signal.

Analog Devices / Linear Technology LTC4355IMS#PBF
The LTC®4355 is a positive voltage ideal diode-OR controller that drives two external N-channel MOSFETs. Forming the diode-OR with N-channel MOSFETs instead of Schottky diodes reduces power consumption, heat dissipation and
PC board area. With the LTC4355, power sources can easily be ORed together to increase total system reliability. The LTC4355 can diode-OR two positive supplies or the return paths of two negative supplies, such as in a –48V system. In the forward direction the LTC4355 controls the voltage drop across the MOSFET to ensure smooth current transfer from one path to the other without oscillation. If a power source fails or is shorted, fast turnoff minimizes
reverse current transients. Power fault detection indicates if the input supplies are not in regulation, the inline fuses are blown, or the voltages across the MOSFETs are greater than the fault threshold.SKU: W006731 -

Analog Devices AD8244BRMZ
The AD8244BRMZ is a low power FET input quad Unity-gain Buffer designed to isolate very large source impedances from the rest of the signal chain. The 2pA maximum bias current, near zero current noise and 10 TΩ input impedance introduce almost no error, even with source impedance well into the megaohms. Many traditional operational amplifier pinouts have a supply pin that is next to the non-inverting input. A guard trace must be routed between these pins to avoid leakage currents much larger than the bias current of a FET input op amp. The AD8244 solves this problem with unique pinout that physically separates the high impedance inputs from the low impedance supplies and outputs of the other buffers. The AD8244 design is focused on solving problems specific to buffers. This includes close channel-to-channel matching which allows channels of the AD8244 to be used in differential signal chains with minimal error.
- Extremely high input impedance
- Low noise
- High DC precision – 3μV/°C maximum offset drift (B grade)
- No leakage from inputs to supply pins
